Intro to Video Podcasting

Welcome to the Young Musicians Foundation’s Podcast Workshop facilitated by In The Cut LA Executive Producer, Joseph Fuentes. 

This hands-on workshop introduces students to the fundamentals of video podcasting. Through exploration, guided instruction, professional examples, and a collaborative project, students will learn how to develop, record, and produce a podcast from concept to finished episode.

Since 2012, Joseph Fuentes has produced and engineered content for major networks, including ESPN, HBO, ABC, and The Ringer. His work includes producing video podcasts with top-tier talent such as Michael B. Jordan, Steph Curry, Ice Cube, Drake, Mike Tyson, and Mark Wahlberg. His efforts have contributed to multiple Webby Awards and six podcasts recognized on Time Magazine’s list of “The 100 Best Podcasts of All Time.” Today, he’s the Executive Producer of In the Cut Podcast and develops original content through his production company, Video Del Mar.

Fuentes is generously leading a free, two-part Podcast workshop for 18-24 year old creatives on October 21st and October 28th. If you are interested please fill our this form as soon as possible.
