We offer a variety of opportunities, from administrative support to creative projects like photography and graphic design. Whether you’re looking for a one-time opportunity or an ongoing commitment, there’s a way for you to get involved.

Volunteer Roles

Administrative Support

Commitment: Weekly, quarter-long, or ongoing

  • Welcome and engage youth and parents visiting our space
  • Provide information about our programs and answer questions
  • Check in students as they arrive for class
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing and updating student records

Community Engagement

Commitment: One-time or ongoing

  • Assist with outreach activities such as resource fairs, community concerts, and other networking events
  • Staff the information table and distribute literature about our programs
  • Engage with community members to promote events and programming

Event Coordination & Support

Commitment: One-time or ongoing

  • Help plan and coordinate workshops, concerts, and community performances
  • Provide on-site support for staff, volunteers, and attendees
  • Assist with event promotion and logistics
  • Help gather feedback and evaluate event success 

Communications

Commitment: Project-based or ongoing

  • Curate and create content for social media platforms
  • Write and edit content for newsletters, website posts, and other materials
  • Collaborate with staff to develop visual content (graphics, videos)
  • Track and analyze communication metrics

Graphic Design

Commitment: Project-based or ongoing

  • Design posters, brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
  • Assist with designing layouts for newsletters and website

Photography & Video

Commitment: Project-based or ongoing

  • Capture photos and videos at classes, events, and performances
  • Edit and enhance visual content
  • Suggest creative ideas for storytelling through visual media
