On November 1st, students and TA’s from our Community Music Academy (CMA) were invited to perform for the reception of the swearing-in ceremony of Councilmember Curren D. Price, Jr at the Banc of California Stadium in South Central. Accompanied by Teaching Artists Eloy Adame, Mark Gutierrez, Manuel de Jesus Sandoval, and Liza Wallace, our CMA students performed student solos, boleros, African-Cuban bossa nova, and music from Latin America. We are so proud of our CMA students, families, and TAs for their hard work on this performance!
