Young Musicians Foundation is honored to partner with the Wells Fargo Foundation and the Compton Unified School District in OpusOutreach!, a distinctive program that links YMF’s Debut Orchestra and the Mentor Artists Program to bring music to elementary and middle school students enrolled in the Compton Unified School District. Previous years provided funding for purchase of instruments at Willard Elementary School, performances by the Debut Orchestra at Kennedy Elementary School and El Camino College Center for the Arts, and brought 700 students to the University of Southern California to see a free concert by the Debut Orchestra.

In 2005, for the fifth consecutive year, Wells Fargo remained the largest corporate contributor to non-profit organizations in greater Los Angeles, giving more than $10 million to more than 1,000 nonprofits. Wells Fargo is proud to support YMF and its outreach to underserved communities in Southern California.
